What do A&M Entertainment do? A&M Entertainment offer a wide range of marketing, talent representation and event management services for clients throughout the world. We customize our specialized services to fit the clients needs and help them complete demanding projects successfully, on time and within budget. How do I book a show? Please familiarize yourself with our booking procedures and terms before contacting us regarding booking talent for your event.
Before contacting A&M Entertainment • Visit our artist’s avails section for available talent. • Check with local venues for date availability. • Have a good idea of the time frame and the budget you’re working with. • Check for other local concerts that might conflict with yours.
Before making an offer • Secure a tentative venue hold for the event. • If you need more information prior to submitting a biding offer, submit an artist inquiry to check on date availability, fee and rider requirements (we normally respond within 24 hours). • Speak with your agent about any additional questions you may have. • Secure all the funds that you will need for the project as discussed with your agent.
Making an offer • Ask your territorial Agent to fax you an offer form or submit your offer online. • We will send you a binder agreement and ask you to forward a refundable advance. This advance serves as a financial binder that you as the promoter will go ahead with the planned event and honor the offer put forward. • Once you have submitted the offer you must wait for
management’s response. Your agent will contact you as soon as they have an answer. There shall be absolutely NO advertising (even by word of mouth) until you have received confirmation from A&M Entertainment that your date has been approved by the artist management. • Once your offer is approved, you will receive a confirmation by fax or e-mail and performance contract & artist riders will be issued. • Review the contract & rider, sign and return by fax. • Upon execution of performance agreement, the first half of the artist fee (deposit) must be wired. • Advertisement of the scheduled event can now begin.
IMPORTANT: Once you submit an offer you are under contractual obligation if the Artist accepts, even if contracts have not yet been issued. OFFERS IS CONSIDERED FIRM AND LEGALLY BINDING UPON APPROVAL BY ARTIST'S MANAGEMENT. IT IS ALSO UNDERSTOOD THAT A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED. ANY BREACH OF TERMS AND AGREEMENT(S) WILL RESULT IN COMPENSATION CLAIMS.

How much does talent cost? Talent fees are impacted greatly by factors such as name recognition, demand, location of event, nature of event, engagement type and many more. While many talents has a minium fee they tend to change frequently and we therefore ask that you contact us for the latest and most accurate fee estimate. Our talent fee's generally start around $5,500 and goes all the way up to to more than $500,000.
What is your demo submission policy? Unfortunately A&M Entertainment does not accept unsolicited demo tapes. We receive an overwhelming amount of inquires from new talent seeking various forms of representation. Although we appreciate the interest A&M only works with well established talent and we are not a record label. A&M's policy is to not accept any material. Please don't e-mail or call for demo submissions or other related requests.
How do I get promo material for my event? When a concert has been contractually agreed A&M will give the promoter access to high resolution photos for advertisement (300dpi). We also encourage promoter's to contact their local record label representatives to coordinate promotional efforts and to obtain promotional material such as music video's, promotional merchandise and album give-aways
